For more than two decades, Jenny Olson has built a distinguished career in the flooring, tile, and natural stone industry, earning a reputation for leadership, strategic sales growth, and exceptional customer relationships. Since entering the industry in 2001, she has developed extensive expertise across residential, commercial, builder, designer, and contractor markets.
Jenny began her career in sales and sales management, where she successfully led operations for five locations while developing high-performing teams and driving sustained business growth. She later joined several of the nation's most respected flooring and surface manufacturers, expanding her expertise across multiple product categories and distribution channels.
Her experience includes serving with Emser Tile, one of the country's leading tile suppliers, followed by South Cypress, a recognized e-commerce flooring company, where she managed sales across the United States. She then spent ten years with Daltile, the nation's largest manufacturer and distributor of tile and stone products. During her tenure, she served as both a Tile & Stone Sales Representative and later transitioned into the company's countertop division, where she specialized in premium surfacing solutions and continued developing relationships with architects, designers, builders, fabricators, and commercial clients.
Throughout her career, Jenny has been committed to advancing industry knowledge through education. She has presented Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses accredited through the Natural Stone Institute, providing architects, designers, and industry professionals with technical knowledge and best practices related to natural stone and surface materials.
Known for her integrity, professionalism, and ability to build lasting partnerships, Jenny combines deep product knowledge with a consultative approach that helps clients identify solutions that meet both functional and design objectives. Her experience spans business development, territory management, sales leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and industry education.
Outside of her professional career, Jenny is an active member of the greater Birmingham, Alabama community. She believes in building meaningful relationships, supporting local initiatives, and serving the community she calls home. Her passion for people, combined with more than 25 years of industry experience, has made her a trusted resource and respected professional within the flooring and surfacing industry.
