1:00 pm – 2:00 pm   HBAA Introduction to OSHA

 Course Description: The state of AL utilizes federal safety compliance guidelines for construction.  The HBAA introduction to OSHA program educates students on how OSHA works, their rights as a company, and what to do during an inspection.  Students will understand OSHA’s field operating procedures and what to expect if a violation is found.

Course Description: The HBAA Safety Program Development class helps construction companies of all sizes create a set of safe work guidelines for all operations.  Whether the company self performs or subcontracts labor, this class provides defined company roles and responsibilities for safety on the job.  Students will understand how to implement and maintain the policy they create.
