Elliott and his wife, LeArden, started ELM Construction LLC in 2008, Today Elliott oversees the day to day operations. 

Elliott graduated from Homewood High School and Troy University with a degree in journalism. Before working at ELM Construction, he worked for a company that specialized in remodeling apartment complexes. Prior to that, he worked for a national building materials distributor. Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working in his yard and traveling.
